Request for Qualification (RFQ)
Notice:
Bunker R-3 School District, Hwy 72 & Eagle Pride Dr., Bunker, MO, will accept qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) in accordance with RSMo S 67.5050 and as described in the RFQ available upon request from the District Office. Qualified organizations (“Respondent”) are invited to submit five (5) copies of a formal proposal and one (1) digital copy as described in the RFQ. Qualifications should address the firm’s ability to provide a full range of services as Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) during the planning, design & construction phases for a new weight room facility. Responses to this RFQ must be received at the Bunker R-3 District Administration Office, Hwy 72 & Eagle Pride Dr., Bunker, MO, 63629, prior to 2 p.m. Friday, December 3, 2021. Questions may be directed to the District Superintendent, Ms. Melissa Nash, at the district office.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
