1. 2nd & 3rd Grade Library Literacy Night will be Wednesday, December 13th from 5:00-6:00.
2. Congratulations Lady Eagles and Coach on your win over the Indians.
3. Mrs. South’s 4th hour Foods Class will be selling fudge for $2 a bag.
4. The PTO Christmas Bazar will be Monday, December 11th at 4:00 and the Christmas Program will start at 6:00.
5. FBLA Induction Today, December 8th at lunch through 5th hour.
6. HS Varsity Boys Basketball will host Ellington on Tuesday, December 12th at 6:00. Those working the concession stand are: Ayla, Hailey, Addisyn & Jacqueline. Staff on Duty: Cassie
7. STUCO blood drive will be Thursday, December 14th from 12:30-5:30. Students that donate will be allowed to park in the front parking lot until Christmas Break.
8. If you have Mrs. Brickey's hall pass on the Duke lanyards, please return them to her!

Four Day School Week informational community presentation TONIGHT at 5:30 pm in the old gym.
Questions will be answered and a survey conducted concerning the possibility of a four day school week for our school.

Board of Education Filing Notice:
The Bunker R3 Board of Education has announced the filing dates for those persons interested in becoming members of the Board of Education. The dates are Tuesday, December 5, 2023 through Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at 5:00 pm. There are two, three-year term positions available.

Bunker R3 is exploring the possibility of a four-day school week. We would appreciate feedback from our community members.
There will be a community informational presentation held this Thursday, December 7th at 5:30 pm in the old gym prior to the Varsity Girls basketball game. There will be time for questions and discussions. After the presentation, a survey will be available. We would love to see you there.

Even as the weather turns colder, students will continue to go outside to recess. Please send your child with a winter coat! If you can, hats and gloves are good too! They can even leave them at school so they don't get lost.
Also, please remember to call the elementary office for any changes to your child's schedule!
