10. Monday, May 2nd at 2:00 there will be a Basketball Assembly in the New Gym.
11. Night of the Arts, Tuesday, May 3, 2022.Come join us for this PK - 12 event celebrating the Fine and Practical Art accomplishments of students in the Bunker R3 School District. The event begins at 5:00pm in the High School Gym with browsing the works of the students from FACS, Shop and Art classes. The Band Concert will begin promptly at 6:00 with a great selection of show stoppers for your listening enjoyment and then the floor will be open again for your viewing pleasure.
*The New Gym will be closed all day on Tuesday, May 3rd

EVERYONE is invited to our 1st Annual “Night of the Arts” on Tuesday, May 3rd, featuring ALL of our talented Art, Shop & FACS students projects. The Bunker Jazz Band will be performing their spring concert at 6 pm.
Come out and browse the students projects that have been created this year, enjoy a spaghetti supper & listen to our band.
All Grades: PK - 12th will be featured.

6. Great Job Bunker Jazz Band at the Clay Cooper Theater, we are so proud of how you all represent Bunker School. Thank you, Mr. Cook for your hard work with the kids.

Bunker was WELL represented at the SEMO Math Competition today in Cape Girardeau.
Blake Mathis - 1st place in Matrices, Jaimie Gremard - 1st place in Geometry, Algebra 2 team - 2nd place, & Geometry team - 2nd place.
Way to go Eagles!!


The Daddy Daughter Dance will be held this Friday in the Old Gym for current preschool through 5th grade students.
A promenade walk will take place beginning sharply at 5:00 pm. Entry is free and includes a dessert bar. Carnations and a photo booth will be available for a small additional fee.


We WILL be hosting Summer School this summer for students currently in grades PK-8th grade. Breakfast and Lunch will be served to all students for FREE and transportation will be provided.
Students that attend ALL 15 days of Summer School will receive a $100 gift card and if they attend 14 days they will receive a $75 gift card. There will also be daily prizes given for those in attendance.
Summer School will run May 23rd - June 16th (Monday - Thursday only and No School on Memorial Day) from 8 am - 2 pm each day.
Students MUST register for Summer School by filling out the Summer School Registration form that is being sent home next week with all students.

We currently have an opening for a personal aide for a special needs Preschool student for the 2022-2023 school year. This position does NOT require 60 college hours.

On Thursday, April 14th school board secretary Stephanie Dickerson swore in new board members Gary Conway Jr. and Nancy Amaral. We appreciate these individuals’ willingness to serve our district and community in their capacity as board members.
