The boys home basketball game versus Eminence for tonight has been cancelled due to the weather
We will be releasing at Noon today due to incoming weather. Our electrical issues have been fixed (Thank you Black River Electric) and the phones are back to working.
We were finally able to celebrate the elementary January Students of the Month today! These students were honored with a certificate, special Student of the Month pencil, and lunch with Mrs. Hime! We’re so proud of Jozie, Alexia, Evelynn, Asyia, Cash, Stacy, Josey, Bryson, and Emma!! Keep up the great work guys!!
Basketball Shootout - Tomorrow, Saturday, February 12th in Bunker.
12:00 pm - Lesterville vs Belle (Varsity Boys)
1:30 pm - Houston vs Ellington (Varsity Boys)
3:00 pm - Fatima vs South Iron (Varsity Girls)
4:30 pm - Fatima vs South Iron (Varsity Boys)
6:00 pm - Bunker vs Norwood (Varsity Boys)
This is going to be a great day of basketball. $5 admission and you will be able to enjoy an ENTIRE day of basketball.
Fried Chicken Dinner - TONIGHT during Homecoming.
Cost is $11 and includes Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Hot Roll and Green Beans or Macaroni & Cheese.
Dinner will be served beginning at 4:30 pm. The boys JV Game versus Summersville begins at 6:00 pm with Varsity Boys to follow.
Homecoming Activities and crowning of the 2022 BHS Homecoming Queen will occur after the Varsity game.
Come out and support Eagle Athletics, enjoy a delicious dinner, great basketball and our beautiful Homecoming candidates.
Basketball Senior night is TONIGHT.
Girls game starts at 5:30 pm, followed by JV boys & then Varsity Boys.

Last week we were able to honor the hard work of our elementary Eagles for their academic efforts during 2nd Quarter.
Students receiving A’s and B’s on their 2nd Quarter report card received Honor Roll certificates. Students receiving all A’s received Principal’s Honor Roll certificates.
Teachers honored 1 student from their class for each of the Eagle of Excellence Award and Most Improved Award for 2nd Quarter. Keep up the awesome job kiddos!! You are ready to rock 3rd Quarter!

Bunker School will be releasing at 12:15 pm today (Wednesday, January 19, 2022) due to incoming weather.
There will be no school board meeting tonight. We will make a post once the new date is scheduled.
There will be no school for Bunker tomorrow, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 due to slick backroads. There are multiple locations that need one more day of melting and we would much rather be safe than sorry. Thank you for understanding that the safety of our students come first.
