1. Thank you to all who donated to the STUCO Blood drive.
2. NO SALAD BAR THIS WEEK.
3. The concession stand will be open for JH/HS students during lunch starting this week.
4. Friday, April 25th after school until 4:30 will be a HS Volleyball Open Gym for grades 8th -11th.
5. FBLA don’t forget to sell your raffle tickets! They are due on Today with your money.
6. Students, please make sure you keep your lockers in the hallways closed.
7. MAP/EOC Testing will start today April 22nd-Thursday May 1st. Attendance is very important.
8. Sports physical forms are in the HS office. This is free for students’ 3rd-11th grade. Students must have a yearly physical to participate in sports. Physicals will be May 1st.
9. The JH/HS Baseball Team will travel to Summersville today, April 22nd. The bus will leave at 1:45.
10. The JH/HS Baseball Team will travel to East Carter on Thursday, April 24th. The bus will leave at 2:30.
11. The Night of the Arts will be Thursday, April 24th, Viewing 5-6 of creative Artwork. 6-6:30 Band Concert. 6:30-7:00 Final Viewing
12. School will not be in session on Monday, April 28th. In Session Days are Monday, May 5th & May 12th.
6-12 grade don't forget to charge your chromebooks for testing tomorrow.

Thursday, April 17, 2025
1. Any 6th or 8th graders that had shop last semester, please contact Mr. Whitaker if you plan to send your project to the shop fair. Shop Students - If you have a shop project you would like to display at Night of the Arts, please bring it back to school on Thursday, April 24th and put it in the new gym
2. If you are experiencing any issues with your Chromebook, please make sure Mr. Amsden is aware and make sure those are charged and ready to go for testing next week.
3. Monday, 4/21 is our last blood drive of the year. It will be from 1:30-5:30 in the Old Gym. First shift workers can come in at 1. If you are in the High School Student Council and have not worked a blood drive yet, you MUST WORK this one. Sign-up sheet for shifts is posted outside Mr. Martin's door.

5. FBLA Trip: I need waivers today from the following: Cameron Gordon, Sarah Graham, Loren Ritter, Hailey Turnbough, Regan Bowen, Payden Lanham. If I don't have a waver, you are unable to participate in the escape room on Monday. Remember to bring money for lunch and any snacks you want on Monday. The bus will be leaving at 7:00 AM. We won't be stopping for breakfast on Monday. Please don't be late. It's going to be great!

7. Congratulations to Landon Lanham for placing 2nd in Accounting 1 at the FBLA State Leadership Conference! Landon now qualifies to test for Nationals.
8. HS will have an assembly for MAP Testing on Today 5th hour for 3rd – Highschool.

12. Please excuse the following students on Thursday, April 17th for SEMO Rewards during 4th hour – lunch: Kiera McClanahan, Evan, Hailey, Jacqueline, Kara, Gus, Josey, & Wyatt.
13. School will not be in session on Friday, April 18th for Good Friday. No School Monday the 21st.
